We will join several programs and get an application that can be useful or at least curious.
In the case set before you join the Microsoft Project, Visual Basic macros Aplicattion and Google Earth.
By using macros you can get a *. kml file for google earth, with the planning data of our work. With these data, a next-generation phone and the use of geolocation we know how many days we have left to finish "the pit" or any other data exportable in our planning (no limits). All this for free and cheap.
It works as follows. The macro module installed on our Project file (Alt + F11), travels around all of our planning activities, which have previously entered the coordinates of the position (longitude and latitude) of the activity in the notes section. The macro generates a *. kml file type that can be opened by Google Earth or a web application flash / java script that has a kml loader.
Once on our construction site, the phone with GPS and Google Earth, open the system information web, where you can find all the indicates planned in our PORJECT planification.
